What data do we collect?
Name, email address, and any information voluntarily provided through booking forms or contact forms on this website.
Why do we collect it?
To process bookings and enquiries, communicate about your experience, and improve our service. Data is never used for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
How long do we keep it?
Booking data is retained for the period required by Spanish tax law (minimum 5 years). Contact enquiries are retained for 2 years unless you request deletion sooner.
Who do we share it with?
Data is shared only with essential service providers — Stripe (payment processing), Cal.com (scheduling) — solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. It is never sold to third parties.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@localandings.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
